“It is actually really helpful it doesn’t make me feel as bad eating meals with lots of carbs. I will say that you do have to follow the directions/suggestions on the bottom especially if you take it regularly.”
“I used Guilt for carb control for a few months back when it was gifted to me with the whey protein and I honestly found it to feel like an appetite suppressant too, as I didn't want to eat between meals or over eat during meals. I wasn't able to use it for more than a couple if months so I don't really know if it blocked many carbs, but I'm all about trying it again to see if it does the job since I know it already helps with my appetite. I'd recommend it to others for sure.”
