“This product does not work instantly. Be prepared for a few days of headache as your hormones are balancing out. After that I felt so much better. I found that using 1 capsule of each works best for me. Also remember Goodbye is not "Goodnight". I found if I took it too close to bed time it made me restless. Now I take it around dinner time.
