“They didn’t give me the energy I wanted at first. I was really sleepy and all I wanted to do was lay down. Now I feel more alive and the goodbye helps me fall asleep, but doesn’t keep me asleep all night. I find myself waking up at 2am for some odd reason.”

“I could tell the difference while taking them, but they are tough to get down and they don’t taste good once they start to dissolve. I usually don’t have any issues with swallowing meds.”
