“I’ve tried it with whole milk and almond milk and it taste great either way. Haven’t noticed a huge difference in hair, skin, nails but will continue to give it time.”
“The flavor is pretty good- I got this one along with the cinnamon crunch and they both have a metallic taste to them (the fruity one did not), so that’s a bit of a bummer- but the product is quality and taste is subjective, so I wouldn’t discourage anyone from giving it a try!”
