I mix my scoop of powder with a couple of ice cubes, frozen banana, 2 Tablespoons of PB2 and 2 make it xtra creamy 1 T of sugar free vanilla pudding (dry mix) mix all in my nutri bullet. Sometimes I put 1 T of peanut butter in too just for extra protein.”
