“This has been great for me I’ve been taking it along with elite in the morning but I’ve been loving this so far losing weight and not having to worry about caffeine is amazing I can take this at night without feeling jittery and it helps me sleep I also noticed my mood at work has been getting better due to me actually getting rest at night so far I haven’t seen a huge difference in weight but I haven’t been taking it that long yet either”
