It taste good, I can mix with water or with juice. Even better is that you don't need alot. I use less than half of scoop. The only thing it that it gives me that tingling sensation on my fingers. It gives me energy to keep on with the workouts. Truly recommend it.

You can feel the energy within minutes! I do not feel wired, just awake and strong. Pre-workout gets me in the gym at 5:30am and I still feel good hours later.

The feeling I got the first couple times I used it felt weird. Felt like my whole body was pins and needles. But it goes away after about 10 mins. I’ll definitely order more.

I tastes great! Gives me great energy to help me push through workouts! It gives me tingles but not too much that it makes me feel uncomfortable like other pre workouts have made me feel. I do enjoy mixing this with my fruit punch burn powder to get that extra something lol I drink it 30 minutes before I start doing my cardio so I use that time to warm up and get in my zone then I punch it. Cardio, strength training, more cardio, then cool down. It gets me through it all!

Has a zippy taste, doesn't make me jittery. I add it to all my sugar free drinks. Even the ones by my bed at night! I LOVE the taste!
