“Got the chocolate donut flavor and it tastes great. I use 1/2 scoop because I'm not big in to the sweets. I drink it everyday morning it's been 3 weeks and I can definitely tell it's helping with my nails they are as brittle as they were I'm actually getting some length and having to cut them for the first time in years. Just that alone and i know I'll be taking this for a long time to come. Highly recommend.”

“I tried a different flavor with my second purchase. Cocoa cereal it’s better than the peanut butter but still has. Chemical flavor. I also tried the fruity cereal one it was not good at all hardly any flavor and has the same chemical flavor as well. They are manageable mixed with something else but alone not so much. I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair and skin yet. Although it’s just consistently been a month of drinking it.”
