“I threw this into my order as add in and was super excited becuz there was no melatonin in the product. The capsules are very large and a bit hard for me to get down, but the color I like! I’ve been taking it now for 3-4 weeks and I really am not seeing a difference in my sleep, however I do think it relaxes me some. I would most likely purchase it one more time to see if it helps over time.”
