“Having been struck down by stress related arthritis and adrenal fatigue I've been doing the natural self-healing. Both myself and my mum have noticed a distinct reduction in aches and joint stiffness when taking these. Obviously if I've eaten an inflammatory trigger good or drink I up the dose and combine with vitamin e and spore probiotic, washed down with some raw milk.”

“Best for me as cant take soya products and I trust Dr Mercola products made from chickpeas I take one daily with vitd3 works for me not as cheap price as some vk2 but this suits me in capsule form easy or me to swallow have been taking for some time now painful joints much improved even though walk a lot now.”
