“As a cancer patient undergoing months of chemotherapy, my immune system was virtually nil. I was recommended to take these to help boost my system and they did. As chemo is a poison and kills off most things in your body, I found it sustained what was being taken out. I shall continue taking them especially with radiotherapy looming and then afterwards to build back strength.”

“This has to be a better way of taking a multivitamin, because it is not using synthetic chemicals and it is impossible to get your daily requirement from 1 little tablet a day. These tablets are easy to swallow and you need 4 twice a day, that is much more likely to be beneficial than 1 a day.”

“I have been taking Multi Vitamins for a while now and recently bought this product as the brand I tend to use is out of stock. I was surprised at the size of the bottle at first, plus serving suggestions are 8 tablets per day - 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening! 8 total wow! So I have been following this for a week now and I do feel good, I am up early, I dont feel tired throughout the day, I still have energy in the evenings and I am sleeping well. The only change to my diet is this supplement - so for now I highly reccomend these Whole food multi Vits.”
