“I have had much improvement with my osteoporosis through taking these vitamins. No more pain so I can sleep at night now. I am very happy in the knowledge that vitamin K2 is a must when taking calcium and vitamin D3 to put the calcium in the bones and also decalcifing the arteries and other soft tissues. Highly recommended.”

“I have been recommended to take calcium, vitamin d3 and vitamin K2 for osteoarthritis. I have added vitamin A in the form of fish oils as you need the combination of all 4 suppliments or calcium is laid down in the wrong place, the arteries and heart rather than the bones and teeth. See the book "Vitamin K2 and the calcium paradox" by Kate Rheaume-Bleue. Pubmed also reports on NHS trials that show women taking calcium with vit d have higher rates of stroke and heart attack than women not taking calciumand vitamin D . So calcium , vitamin d3, K2 and A will solve this problem.”
