“I couldn't believe the difference when I switched over to a liposomal form of vitamin C. I have taken effervescent vit C on and off for several years as I suffer from a massive amount of stress and are always getting 'infections'. This form reduced the severity of symptoms by about 80% sometimes getting rid of them altogether and also greatly reduced recovery time to a few days rather than weeks. It also helps my exercise tolerance. I choose to take this cyclically usually for about 2 weeks at a time but I would say half the dose for daily maintenence in my experience although our biology in each of us is unique. I use other Dr Mercola products as I find they are of a very high standard and his site is also the most trusted I feel for verified information. This is a very high quality highly effective vitamin C product and is the only one I would personally recommend if you have similar health issues.”
