“Dr Mercola Liposome Vitamin C 1000mg is Perfect Vitamin C to take even higher dose or more if required as it doesn't effect my stomach & is absorbed quickly in my body. Ordinary Vitamin C use to give me Diarrhea. I will always use Liposomal”
