“I was VERY disappointed with Ocushield and will probably never purchase from them again. Here's why: I had a blue light shield for my old iPhone 7 that I removed so I could put on my new iPhone 12 mini. But when removing it cracked (I had no idea this would happen). So I bought another one. But I did tell Ocushield about this and they gave me a credit slip - which wasn't very useful as I had already purchased another one. So I decided to get an EMF shield with the credit. When it arrived I opened it and tried to fit it but it was too big. I have no idea if they just sent me the wrong one or if I ordered the wrong one. Either way, I was told ". . . I cannot replace a credit order." All I was offered was a 20% discount - which would just cover the postage!”
