“Unfortunately when my bum bag arrived it was damaged. I sent an email explaining that the item was damaged and that due to working long hours I couldn't send it back to be replaced. Within a short time I received a reply saying that a new bum bag will be sent to me and an apology. Couldn't have asked for more. The bum bag I received was great but unfortunately had a couple of minor damages.”
“Received the bum as using some of my reward points, had to ask the mother-in-law to stitch along the top zip as it wasnt fully stitched, looks like it was just a fault when it was made”
