" The chair is great for anyone who does pilates or yoga and wants better posture at their desk at home or at work. I do not have a bad back or neck problems but know that this chair will work on my ""core"" stability. You need to build up to using this chair all day and don't try to cross your legs or you will fall off!! All in all a great chair from a great company with excellent customer service. "

"Was a bit sceptical before purchasing despite reading the reviews but for anyone who spends a lot of time at a desk this is an absolute must have. I have two slipped discs in my neck and back problems which are often aggravated by typing. However I have had no neck or back pain whatsoever since using this chair, even after being at my desk for 8 solid hours yesterday!!!! Worth every penny!!!"

I'm reasonably familiar with the benefits of using yoga / swiss balls as a replacement for conventional seating but this is a great improvement on my swiss ball that I had been using for some months. The problem I had with the swiss ball was that although it had definitely helped some of my lower back issues I was not able to freely move around the desk area. Having wheels makes all the difference and the chair seems to glide pretty easily, even on tiled carpets. Also, it seems less conspicuous then my old ball which seemed to draw comments on a near daily basis. So far, I'm pretty impressed

This ball far exceeded my expectations! I was told it helps with posture alignment issues from sitting at a desk too long. And YES it totally does that. It helps keep some mobility too in my hips and waist where I can just move around sometimes so as not to be ‘stuck’ in the same position too long. My back ache from seated position has eased and generally it is a much more comfortable solution compared to an office desk. The back is there if you need it, I often just engage my core now and sit upright.
