“Ball is too small. When fully inflated it still falls through the hole and touches the ground and thats without my 5 year old sitting on it. Having to order a bigger size ball to see if that fits better if not will be returning for a refund. Very disappointed!”
“The first time I blew up the ball I did not put enough air in there. Once my daughter sat on the ball it fell through to the floor and was way to small. So I contacted the seller and found out I needed to put more air in the ball. I pumped some more and the ball took the air and stretched out a bit more to my surprise. We tried again and it worked perfectly!”

My only negative comment is that once you sit on the ball, it usually goes through the bottom opening in the chair to the extent that it stops being able to roll around using the wheels. Presumably if you inflate the ball more this would stop this happening, however, this is easier said than done since as soon as you remove the inflating pump, air starts to escape (very quickly) until you put the plug pin in, meaning that you will always have air loss after inflating it. It would be better in future if the chair were redesigned with a smaller opening on the bottom, which would stop this happening, or if the air input valve on the ball were designed more like armbands where it discourages air outflow.
This said, it does not stop the chair working or being effective... merely stops it being able to roll while you're sitting on it (unless you have a better inflating technique than I do). It's still a great chair and I'm not sorry I bought it.
Also beware... your children may love to take the ball off and play with it like mine do... much to the annoyance of my husband!"”
