“At first I thought this was going to be too big for the desk in my office, but now that I have used it for a few weeks, it seems to fit in perfectly! I find it very easy to raise the unit when I want to stand and work and equally easy to lower when I am sitting at my desk.”
“Took me ages to find a decent desk I liked and could afford to use this on; now I have, I'm really happy! This is easy to use, and is excellent. I've travelled a lot, and worked previously on sanding desk set-ups that are a bit ad-hoc. Standing to work - at least half the day - not only makes me feel better, but really helps my posture and shoulder/neck issue. Standing to work with THIS unit is even better, as it's no faff at all, and it's great to have the keyboard/mouse shelf at such a sensible level: I like it quite low so do need to use a riser for my monitor - but this is fine, as it works whether the sit/stand unit's in sitting or standing mode. I really recommend these - it's excellent value for money, especially when compared to the alternatives out there.”
“"First day use and I love it. I am 6' and this desk sits perfectly for me for the most part. This is a pretty good adjustable table, smooth up and down. A few things that I like about it so far.
- It comes fully assembled and ready to use
- The materials and build quality look really good.
- Value for money - This is better than the higher priced competitors! You can't beat that.
- Easy to move up and down"”
“So far, excellent. I've had it for a few days and have had no problems. It's worth being aware that the little rings for locking and unlocking only move backwards and forwards, and only about an inch. Also I spent some time thinking it hadn't unlocked when in fact it had because it wouldn't lower easily to the sitting position. It's just that you have to exert a lot of pressure when you push the riser down.”
“This makes the standing/sitting concept very easy. Having the desk either fully up or fully down is easy. However, trying to get it to go part way up or down is very fiddly, as the locking mechanisms are very difficult to line up on both sides (they go in 15 degree increments). I had been warned from reading other reviews in advance of purchasing, and another colleague has had exactly the same experience. I've found its not worth bothering with and just use it fully up or fully down. Apart from that, its been great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone with a back problem like me.”
