“If you are looking for an amazing and versatile rack system, consider this one. I have a very large roof top tent, been offroad on some very hard trails and this thing takes it. At highway speeds in corners or in the dirt and rocks, this rack will not shift and I have not seen any noticeable difference in vehicle handling in any condition. Leitner stands up to the tests I've put it through. I can't wait to add the additional fittings they offer along the way! On a side note, if you are doing a roof top tent, be sure to purchase the Leitner roof top tent mounts, they are far superior to the ones supplied with the tent itself. I also purchased a shovel/axe mount kit as well as a high lift mount from a local off-roading store I like to support, who makes custom parts. All you need to mount it to the Leitner rack is the bolt kits. With a little forethought, you could potentially mount just about anything, as long as you buy Leitner bolts for the rack.”
