“I just received my tent recently and installed it on my Yakima HD bed rack about 5 days ago. Installation would have been super easy had I not had to move my rack further from the rear window. This is not a complaint just an observation for future reference and to give a heads up to others in the future. Parts that came with tent for installation were very high quality and it seems like FSR really thought about how to make the install easier by adding cutouts in the rail in the middle and ends of tent bottom so that sliding the hardware into the slots was super easy without drama and really no tools needed for the install. The tent seems to be of great quality with the cover being super easy to take off and reinstall with only clips to hold it on. Once the cover was off setup was super fast. Unhook the rubber piece attached to the nylon strap and the tent immediately fully opened. The ladder included is very sturdy and easy to open and close as well as hook onto the tent. Once inside the tent there are lots of windows for ventilation and plenty of room for two people. The mattress seems to be of good quality, but adding an extra pad for comfort might be a good idea for side sleepers or heavier people. Closing the tent again is super easy and all you have to do is pull down on the nylon strap in the back until you are able to fasten the rubber strip onto the metal tab on the frame of the tent. All in all I‚Äôm very happy with my purchase and the initial perceived quality more than justifies the switch from the almost half as expensive smittybilt overlander tent, which is an awesome tent for the money and is still a great choice.”
