“All in all, I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. The thing is huge compared to other annexes I've seen. My wife and I travel full time and use the annex as our work space during the day with no problem. The three doors give plenty of airflow and easy in and out, combined with the wrap around window in the tent overhand means a lot of light.
There are a couple of issues to be aware of. The fabric around the zipper and the fabric tie-down loops on the wall corners tend to wick water to the inside of the annex when it rains. You'll want to waterproof those areas to minimize that capillary action.
My biggest dislike is the doors during rain/wind. The doors zip all the way down on each side, but the bottoms are not secured. When the wind blows during a storm, the bottom edge of the doors lift and allow water to come in through the screen. We've had several instances where the zip in floor has become a bathtub. Still trying to figure out how to prevent that from happening. It would be nice if future versions of this annex had maybe velcro or something sewn to the bottom to prevent flapping in the wind.”
