“The rack did not come with the required mounting screws so i had to go back and forth to the hardware store. The fitment of the mounting holes were about 1in off so I had to bent the rack a bit to get it on. The rack vibrates violently and loudly. I adjusted the windscreen which helped but the noise is still there slightly. Would've loved to get a light bar with this rack but it doesn't come included nor can you find it anywhere to buy separately.”

“Purchased this rack for a 2017 RAV4 Limited Edition, that came with factory raised rails. Hunting down the installation instructions on Prinsu's website proved difficult, and the link to the instructions were for the 5th Gen (2019 on). For proper installation, holes will need to be drilled into the roof. Seek professional help if you are not comfortable drilling into your car. The rack is very solid and well built. It held a 14 foot canoe and additional cargo with no problems. We opted to purchase the wind deflector with a light bar cutout, and no additional sound proofing liner. The wind noise is noticeable in some situations, but not unbearable. Overall, a great rack.”
