“I‚Äôve had a Tepui Ayer and a Tepui Autana. They are both great tents but this one is better. Why? Simplicity. No stargazer windows that you never use and tend to leak if don‚Äôt have your rainfly on when that freak storm rolls in at night. No guy lines needed for the ladder overhang. It‚Äôs a well built and comfortable tent that reliably does what it‚Äôs suppose to do. No bells and whistles that you will rarely or never use. But it does come with an annex which is probably pretty sweet but I will never use because it‚Äôs just one more thing to carry. It‚Äôs kind of like the ‚Äúcrank down your windows, while manually shifting your truck‚Äù version of the RTT world. Everything you need and nothing you don‚Äôt. It‚Äôs from ARB, so quality is to be expected and they delivered. Ive got well over 100 nights between my previous 2 RTTs and 90% of those nights are truly ‚Äúoff the grid‚Äù and in the Backcountry. I don‚Äôt want gimmick options, I just want a tent that works, that‚Äôs why I don‚Äôt own the other two anymore. I only have 1/2 dozen nights in this one so far, but I‚Äôm impressed.”
“I will like to give 5 starts to customer service. Ignacio was on top of everything. He always kept communication with us about the updates of the order. We are in love with our roof tent. Thanks for your excellent service.”
“I have only had this tent for about 3 weeks. So far it has been great! The canvas is heavy duty and very durable. I‚Äôd recommend it to anyone out there looking for a high quality tent at a great price. I have yet to put the annex on though. In the picture, the tent is on my 97 XJ. Can‚Äôt wait to use it more this summer once the weather cooperates!”
“tent is lightweight, although a bit tall.. I run on KBvood High rise bed bars, and puts the tent at about shoulder level. easier to fold up, and put away, but does not allow us to use the annex. tent works great, although after 6 months, I am seeing wear to the rain fly in spots where it rubs while traveling. more or less my problem, not the tents.”
“Installed with the help of my girlfriend. Took a couple hours. Definitely watch the YouTube videos. Made it so much easier. The quality is outstanding. I‚Äôm a Colorado bow hunter and avid Mtn biker in the back country. Used it the first weekend at about 9200 ft in the Colorado mtns, with wind gusts up to 80 mph and blowing rain and stayed high and dry. Love the tent, the material and can‚Äôt wait for archery season in the mtns. I would definitely recommend this product.”
“Bought this model instead of a Smittybilt because of two things: the included annex and because the guys from Off Road Tents told me it was a better quality tent. I've read reviews online for the Smittybilt and everyone prefers this ARB. I can't compare them, but I can say this tent has been very good, comfortable and the annex is a very good feature. I'm happy with it as I used it as a changing room and it was easy to be standing up changing clothes and all. I want to thank Off Road Tents, great service since day one. I called them and they were truly helpful with everything I needed. Thanks!”
