The tent arrived in perfect condition, but the mat did not arrive. I emailed about the non-arriving mat, and they promptly phoned back to assure me they would look into it. After a few days they phoned again to assure me they were still looking for the missing item. A couple days later they credited me for the missing mat. I really appreciated that real people responded promptly and helpfully.
