“The lift gate we recieved was damaged, oddly the outside of the shipping box was not damaged. Not sure how that could happen unless it was damaged when they packed it. I have called off road tents two times, but have not recieved a return call”
“We had few issues if you watch any of the videos on putting it together the plastic blocks we not the same they did not come with the metal piece that fit in the block instead came with washers and lock washers making bolts to small and a nightmare to install other issue was an inferior gasket they sent also not the same as any video the one sent would not stick causing a big problem to install !!!”
