Good fit & finish, arrived in great shape, very functional, something I was happy to invest in. “Short: Overall, I would absolutely recommend ordering from Off Road Tents. Longer: I purchased an Eezi Awn K9 Roof Rack and dealing with customer service before purchasing through the final steps was very enlightening. I could tell this company makes an effort to explain everything to the best of their ability and take care of the customer. I had questions throughout, and when I received the product it actually was short a bolt. This was the fault of their supplier, not them, and each time I spoke with customer service over the phone or email I received a very genuine response. Full disclosure, I went with this company for the sale they were offering on my rack, it just as easily could‚Äôve been any other place. But based on my experience I would certainly consider looking to Off Road Tents moving forward if I had another purchase with something they carry.”
