“I have trouble checking out but it was not due to their site. I found that my debit card had a daily limit that was lower than the amount I was trying to charge. I did end up purchasing a tent from the manufacturer, but again not due to issues with their system, the one I bought was out of stock and I need it in hands by a certain date and I felt more confidence buying direct. The site was easily navigable and I really didn‚Äôt have any issues with it. I will shop again in the future. My only feedback would be, instead of the error message simply saying ‚ÄúDeclined‚Äù, it would be helpful if it also told me why. (ie. ‚ÄúDeclined, over daily limit.) They may not have access to that info but if they did, and I could see that, I would not have made several attempts to run the card. Their system obviously logged my failed attempt to make a purchase. The sales manager then sent me an email to make sure that I had been taken care of and to ask for feedback to improve the site. Exceptional customer service and I will definitely purchase from them in the future”
