“I have bought several large items from them. Their service is very good and they did stay in contact with me even though on my first purchase there was a LONG delay in getting my item. IT WAS NOT Off Road Tents fault. My second purchase was an Ikamper. It was simple and easy to order with a much faster delivery time than stated. The Shipping Company on the other hand sucks ass. They lost my item and it took almost three additional weeks to actually deliver it. This was not ORT fault!!! Just a point of interest. I did call ORT about this and unfortunately I did not get a call back from them which was a little surprising. I did get a call from the shipping company the next day so maybe they did call IDK. Anyway I give the 5 Stars for the two large purchases I have made. Yes I will order from them again!! thanks for saving me a ton of MONEY!!!!”
