“Making an update to my previous review - Although there were some issues from the manufacturer, Nick and the customer service team at Off Road Tents were great about getting everything sorted out. Would recommend to anyone and would do business with them again. Once the missing part arrived, install was straight forward and the rack looks great on the truck. Prinsu also replaced the scratched wind fairing.”
“Rack arrived with package looking fine. Opened it up and the hardware is everywhere with lock tite leaked everywhere as well. The bag containing the hardware looked like a dog ate it. I‚Äôm not sure if it‚Äôs missing pieces because there are no instructions or parts list. The wind fairing has some scratches down to the bare metal. I tried reaching out to the vendor via their provided email and got an undeliverable response. For $700 bucks I expect a lot better quality control. Have to wait on vinyl to wrap the fairing before install so I can‚Äôt comment on that part yet.”

“I have great and not so great things to say, but the experience was overall good. I think the delivery could have been faster. And when I got my roof rack, it came missing parts so I have not yet been able to install it. Customer service was absolutely flawless, though. I will buy from them again since I have a strong impression my case was an isolated occurrence.”
