“I bought this for my 1996 Tacoma extra cab. It fits great and I was able to use the pinch plates to attach it. My SmittyBilt XL tent fits great on it. The tent fits behind the cab and out of the wind. This is great for reducing wind resistance but doing anything under the tent requires walking hunched over. I‚Äôve decided after a summer of camping to have the rack reworked to be higher so I can mount a 270 degree awning on it too. This is a great rack, I highly recommend it. It‚Äôs heavy duty and well built. It also has mounting holes for other things. I used them for side and back work lights.”
