“I am not particularly vision impaired but I am 76 and my fingers don’t pinch very firmly so I have difficulty opening such bags without licking my fingers … not advisable these days and not really great when handling a puppy. I like the handles because I can open the bag more easily and also can tie them off without needing much dexterity. I could do without handles if bags were easier to open.”
“These are good. One thing I hated once the black degradable plastic ones were banned is all the alternatives were so thin and because they are soft it felt bad b=poicking up the poo. These have a good quality and thickness to them that doesn't feel like you are using bare hands! I Love them will keep these in stock now for home and walks. The handle makes it so much easier to tie off and carry too.”
“I received my first box of Oh Crap dog poop bags with my seeing eye dog, Silkie, in January. The box Seeing Eye Dogs Australia gave me was like an oversized tissue box with a single roll of poop bags. Also the box has braille. I don’t read braille but I love that Oh Crap is so thoughtful as to put braille writing on the box.
These bags are great. They’re strong and capable for picking up poop but also empty bags take up almost no space in my pockets. I have to check that I’m carrying a bag, they’re so small. I love the handles: I keep a few bags on the hook with my dog lead so I don’t forget to take one with me. And, once I’ve picked up Silkie’s poop, I use the handles to tie the bag closed. And, if she does The Crouch of Shame during a walk, I hold the bag by a handle while we walk to the nearest bin, which is often a kilometre or two away.
All round, this is an excellent product.”
