“I wish I had started this process in elementary school! How would my life have been different? To have a tool like the Mood Meter that is so concise and portable means that I can see how I have been stuck in a fear of my emotions for so long. I don't have to have a fear of them when I can decide how to use them. It's forever a practice but I'm so grateful to have the guided structure that this module has provided me!”
