“I thought I would know most of the material and this would be another waste of time. I could not have been more wrong! Wow! I learned so much and I really liked the parts with Linda Hill and Marc Brackett. Very cool that they were part of this! I think they said this is for new managers but I think this would be helpful for anyone, regardless of how experienced they are.”

“Oji Foundations is making me a better leader. The on-demand 'steps' in the program are easy to work into my busy schedule. I really like the variety of videos, activities, reading, and hacks. I find that with each concept I learn, I can't wait to put my learning into practice. I also appreciate the team lab concept as I've been able to learn from and bond with other learners from outside my organization. And the coaching sessions are great. Knowing that I will have a live coaching session as part of the program has worked wonders in enhancing my learning and keeping me accountable to myself and my organization.”

“If you invest in one thing to make yourself a good leader- do this! Oji Foundations radically changed the way I lead for the better. I thought I was a good leader before because I had 'experience' but within a month of this program, I was already making better decisions, leading with clarity, and most importantly communicating effectively with my team (and that means performance reviews and 1-1 meetings where I had been afraid of giving feedback and had no idea how to listen). The team labs were also amazing becasue I got to work with other new managers who faced the same root challenges that I did on the day-to-day (regardless of industry or brand recognition - it turns out Googlers, Amazonians, etc are human just like the rest of us and just want to grow and be better at leading people and getting results just like you and me). Also I have to add, it felt like 6 months of rich and engaging scroll content that was designed to reach me in a way that feels natural and compelling - I cannot believe I used to read a stack of leadership books, attend seminars, and somehow assume that those things would lead to me becoming a better leader.... The Oji experience is part leadership journal, part addicting scroll (for curious leaders), part training program, part coaching workshop, and all transformation.”
