“I loved this hoodie when I saw it and thought it was the perfect gift for my daughter, muted colours, hibiscus flower (her favourite), aesthetic, I was of course, wrong. As a mum of an 18 year old, I should know by now, not to buy her clothes but it doesn't matter as even though I bought this in Manly whilst on holidays in Sydney, the sales assistant was really lovely and informed me at the time of sale that they had a shop in Sorrento in Victoria and if she wanted to exchange the product or the size was wrong she could do this through that outlet. My daughter doesn't like the colour of this hoodie, but is so excited to be able to go shopping and exchange the gift for something else at Okanui which apparently is one of her favourite stores and the outlet where she buys her bikinis from (I didn't know this when i bought the hoodie).”
