He let me know that the ring would not arrive in time for my planned proposal, but overnighted a similar ring to serve as a placeholder for the big day. A couple of days after she said yes, we used our prepaid shipping label that came with the ring to send it back to Olive Ave. Upon receipt of the placeholder, they overnighted the desired ring to us and even gave me a discount for the minor inconvenience! I was very satisfied with Trevan’s timely responses and their commitment to keeping me happy.”
