“I reached out to Olive Ave and did not reach them right away. I needed a ring expedited for my wedding. I left a comment with the order I placed asking if there was anyway to expedite. They contacted me and said they received my voice message and comment on the order. They then got in contact with their production manager to see if this was feasible, and although they couldn’t promise they felt it was. They also sent it via their fastest shipping and said I would be able to track. It made it here in time. Thank you Olive Ave for going above and beyond!”
