“I wear a 9 in all brands I have ever purchased , except apparently OluKai. I had to return them and go up to a 10. The brand runs small in my experience.
I would say their customer service was excellent in working with me on the return.
Now that I have the correct size I am very satisfied. Worth the wait.”
“They take some breaking in, but they are comfortable. My main concern is that much of the leather seems too supple to hold up against standard wear. There are signs of wear on the edges at the toe and heel after a couple uses.”
