“I have owned many different brands of sandals over the years. They are usually super comfy and wear fast, or a bit stiff and need broken in. These need broken in. I hope that they don't wear too fast, as they are super cush now that they have formed to my feet. Only issues I have are fat feet and stich quality. I need them a bit wider at the heels. The stich is also not even across the seam in the straps. Other than the mentioned problems, they are great when I need to look less like the beach bum I am...lol. Keep up the good work”
“I like them and is my second pair of olukai flip flops. My last pair I had cloth between the toe before and these are leather retweet’s the toe and more durable but are a bit uncomfortable at first so they need to break in. I like them but will take time to soften up”

Recently visited my brother who lives near Hilo, on the big Island. These black Hiapo flip flops were clearly the most elegant among those other flip flops left outside the doors of homes with a “no shoes inside” practice - just about every home we were in.”
