“I’ve reached out several times over phone and email regarding this order/sandal and have not received any feedback or response for over a month. Your product is fine, but the lack of any interest in customer service (other than the mass of automated sales emails, like this one) has truly diminished my opinion of your brand. “You size guides are not accurate. As a result I have had to return 2 pairs. In returning them & asking for more info, it took over 10 days to get a response - horrible”
