First of all, Olukai customer service is top tier. They embody the aloha spirit and put the costumer first. I got the Hiapos and I wasn’t disappointed with the quality. They gave me a little blister at first, but broke them in after a couple weeks. Now I don’t want to wear anything else. Definitely worth the money and break-in period.

I was introduced to OkuKai about ten years ago. I have purchased all beach wear-rubber slippers since then. I’m so impressed that I decided to go for the Hiapo. The leather looks and feels scrumptious! One thing that bit me is the fact that the leather sandals are a true size smaller than the rubber slippers. I purchased from a vendor who did not accept returns (MISTAKE). Very happily I called customer service, talked to a lovely agent named Alma. She set me up big time! Sent the same day a new pair in a size larger, apologized for the sizing issue, and when I asked where to return the originals; she said to give them to a friend! ALL this with 100% AlohA! I could not ask for a more pono organization. Mahalo from Big Island!! I love my new slippers!!

Received my first pair from a friend. I would never spend that much for flip flops. After wearing the shoes I will not buy anything else. Sometimes what we think is expensive turns out to be a bargain.
