“I have be a pair of Olukai flip flops I absolutely love and used their size as a guid for this pair of shoes. I typically run a size 10 in most shoes and my Olukai flip flops are a size 10 so I ordered the size 10 in the Molā which ended up being a full size too big. I sent the first pair back and reordered a size 9 which fits perfectly. This is the only size 9 shoe I own now so the Molā do run large. The one suggestion I have on the return policy which would have made things easier is, I was not able to exchange my size 10 Molā for a size 9 I had to do a return wait for the refund and then reorder the shoes in the right size. By having to return the shoes and reorder the correct size as apposed to exchanging them It took much longer for me to get the shoes and begin enjoying them. All in all though I love Olukai, the high arch support is amazing!!”
