“I would recommend the brand despite them being expensive because they seem to be of very good quality, I received mine a few weeks ago but they seem to be cross sewed. It must be a factory default, I've tried to contact the company by email and phone to get a different pair sent out but no way to reach them. I'm very disappointed because these Olukai meo-Ola flip flops cost 195$ canadien with taxes. They say they need to be broken in but I wore them steady for weeks until the skin between my toes went bloody and the stitching on the inner left side starting to come apart. There is definitely a manufacturing default with this pair. I would suggest reaching out to the company before buying to establish a communication before buying in case you have problems as I did. I'm disappointed, I wish they'd send me a different pair cause right now it just lost money, my job requires me to walk alot for 12 hrs a day and this particular pair have ruined my feet. I have a pair of dark java/dark Java and they are great, took 4 days to break in and now Super comfortable.
Spoke with Olukai and they were great with the customer service and resolved the issue quickly. My trust in the brand and service have been re-established, 5 star review guys thank for the assistance.”

“I thought I would love these sandals, but they are just ok. Acceptable. They look nice, but they don't feel nice. They feel very firm, like the base of a hiking boot, not a lot of flexibility. I think of sandals as being more soft, these are hard and rigid. Also, my foot doesn't center on the sandal, it kind of hangs off the back and leaves a lot of space in front of the toes. I'm constantly pushing my foot forward to try to get it to center on the sandal. I'm hoping that gets better over time as they get more worn in, but for now, it's annoying. But they look nice.”

I have been trying to reach someone to discuss an exchange to the men’s sandals I purchased for myself in Hawai’i as the pair I tried 3 times but hurt my instep of both feet?”
