“These sandals are wonderful! Bought the first pair in Hawaii fir my son. He loved them so much and wore them almost everyday for 3 years. When they finally wore out I bought him a new pair for his birthday. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size as they do run a little small. I was stressed thinking about returning them and what a hassle that procedure usually is. Well, let me tell you something. It was the easiest return I have ever made!! All I had to do was go to UPS store with my return bar code and they did the rest. Within a week I had my new sandals. Thank you OluKai!! Best sandals ever. I know they will last another 3 years and be so comfortable.”
“This is my second pair of your sandles/flip flops.Both pair are size 11.The first size 11 pair fit as advertised. the subject pair is too small, smaller than the first pair.my heels hang over the back.....I think your sizing and quality control stinks. As a supposedly high end product
one would think that you could standardize your sizing but you do not do so....very disappointing.”
