If I could share one concern, and its a big one, the thread on the bottom comes unravelled rather easily. I am not hard on my shoes at all, but somehow it has begun to unravel .. your service department (Beverly!) has taken amazing care of me, but i am somewhat sceptical of this threading, and what will happen if it starts to unravel again .. otherwise, amazing shoe!
