“They are too tight, wore two blisters on left foot, tried to contact you through several emails, and on three phone numbers listed on your web site, no response. I even put leather conditioner on the top thong to loosen the leather, didn't work. Took them to a shoe repair store and they could do anything. Your customer service stinks, you don't answer the phone, and when you do answer an email it is often days late, no definitive response to my question. You did acknowledge that you failed to send me the second pair I ordered and would replace, but so far a no show. Your policy on returns is that if I wear them, NO RETURN, well I wore them one day and they SUCK. Contacted bank and explained what all I have done with you guys and am seeking a stop payment on my credit card, Have a good day”
