“Have other lighter sandals but they are flat with no arch support. The Hokua sandal has a great arch and feels like it’s an all day on your feet walking sandal. The footbed is slightly textured like a suede and the arch when walkIng feels great! Have owned them now for a month and it did take a bit for my feet to get accustomed to the flat toe straps! Like anything new it took me awhile “getting use to “ ! Now i am wearing them everyday ! I really bought them for all day activities where i would be walking quite a bit and wanted good arch support and these worked very well! Quite a bit heavier than my no arch sandals with lots more support and lots more traction .”

“Used to have a pair of sperry’s that I had for 5 years and finally broke. Figure I’d give these a try since they had great reviews. Took about a day to break in and then they were great. Pretty true to size fit as well. Seems like they are constructed great and they are super comfy. Also they float which is great! I’ll be checking out some of their other products too!
