Now I’m guessing if your shoes look like they didn’t survive world war 3, and are all of that plus over the one year warranty, you will likely still be treated with kindness. But I’m guessing you may have to re think the demands you are inflicting on your casual shoe.

“Ditched my ‘slip flops’! I wanted my next pair of sandals to be Olukai since I’d seen my brother’s pair... my pair were still relatively new though, 2nd pair competitors flip flops... but after slipping out of them several times and slipping on wet slick surfaces many, MANY times (stores, concrete, tile, etc) it was time for a replacement. I tried several pair on today and finally chose a pair of Hokua’s. They grip my feet, grip the ground, plenty of support and just feel great! I’m sure that besides the shoes I plan on getting when it gets cold, this is likely just the first pair. Thanks!”
“The only thing that has been negative is I have smelly feet and the foot pad has gotten smelly quickly. Not a biggie, I wash them daily. I used to wear Chacos and their hard plastic sole never got smelly. I am a loyal customer. Please never reduce your quality as Chaco has. Mahalo”
