They are very small fo a size 12. Hurt my feet after a couple of hours. Wish I could get a size 13 that should fit even though my shoes are size 11 and 12’s”

I tried them on and felt like “these were not what I expected.” I was going to return them, and they sat on our shelf for a bit before I gave them a second chance. I am beyond happy I did. They are beyond comfortable, they are cozy, and once I get home from work and walk my dog they are the first things I put on to relax doe the evening. I would highly recommend this slipper. Also, not only are they my favorite thing to lounge in, the customer service has been tremendous. When I was going to send the slipper back customer service was beyond helpful.
