“Sizing is not great. Lack of half sizes makes one too loose and the other too tight. Had to get the smaller size (all other sizes sold out) and hope they stretch. Was going to return and get something else but your customer service (via call and email) is so UNHELPFUL (canned responses to questions are not good CS!) when you reach out to understand options post-sale, that I just settled for what I got. Not entirely happy and am now hoping these slippers stretch. Kinda weak I must say.”
